Maple Roasted Beets

I’ve been making a ton of maple dishes recently to prep for my upcoming Iron Chef: Maple Edition contest among friends. I’m pretty stoked because maple is pretty much the best ingredient in the world (yes, the world) and makes every dish de-lish! 

This is a really easy recipe that you can either serve as a side or incorporate in any number of salads. 

Maple Roasted Beets
Super easy recipe that can be served as a side or incorporated in salads.

Ingredients
  1. 6 medium beets, peeled and cut
  2. 3 tbsp olive oil
  3. 3 tbsp maple syrup
  4. pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven at 400.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and lay flat on a cooking sheet lines with parchment paper.
  3. Roast for 20 minutes, stirring half way.
  4. Enjoy!
Notes
  1. Your hands will get all red and bloody looking. It's ok!! It washes off! 🙂
