This is a really simple recipe for a really yummy protein filled breakfast. 

Mushroom and Asparagus Egg McMuffins

Ingredients
  1. - 3 eggs
  2. - 4 chopped up mushrooms
  3. - 5 chopped up asparagus
  4. - Feta cheese (to taste)
  5. - Pepper
  6. - Butter or cooking spray
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350. Grease up your muffin tray with butter, oil, or cooking spray. Be generous since these suckers tend to stick a lot.
  2. Mix eggs in a big bowl. Add veggies and cheese. Add pepper. Mix and then pour into muffin tray.
  3. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked throughout.
  4. Enjoy!
