Mushroom and Asparagus Egg McMuffins

- - 3 eggs
- - 4 chopped up mushrooms
- - 5 chopped up asparagus
- - Feta cheese (to taste)
- - Pepper
- - Butter or cooking spray
- Pre-heat oven to 350. Grease up your muffin tray with butter, oil, or cooking spray. Be generous since these suckers tend to stick a lot.
- Mix eggs in a big bowl. Add veggies and cheese. Add pepper. Mix and then pour into muffin tray.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked throughout.
